Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a full-contact combat sport and martial art originated from Thailand that uses stand-up striking, sweeps and clinching techniques. It is also known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" and this refers to the eight points of contact used in Muay Thai: fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Boxing
Boxing is a combat sport and martial art that consists of two competitors engaging in fistfights while wearing gloves. The rules limit legal blows to competitors that strike above the waist and on the front or sides of the opponent. The competitor that has the most dominance in the ring wins the match.

Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-jitsu originated in Japan and is a martial art that involves close-contact grappling and techniques. It is often used for self-defense and involves taking the fight to the ground, using gravity to one's advantage, and closing the distance between the competitor and his opponent.

General Fitness (cardio)
General Fitness training helps the body adapt to physical loads through controlled exercises. It aims to improve strength, endurance, muscle growth and the cardiovascular system. Types of training include cardio, strength training and stretching.
